“The ocean view was excellent, The beach access was very convenient. The onsite restaurant could use creative and diverse menu. The room furnitures are a bit outdated could use deep cleaning. I like it there and would book it in the future”

“I spent about $550 for two nights for a King room. I was placed in a double queen and was told they couldn’t do anything.-“The website must have double booked”. The patio was black with mold and stagnant water. There were different hairs throughout the room and shower. Other various places were clearly not cleaned. The fridge wasn’t cold. I was in the room for maybe 2 hours until I couldn’t stand it anymore. Ended up booking elsewhere. Will never see the money I spent on this again.”

“Staff was pleasant and courteous. Great location directly on the beach. The property is rundown, i.e. outdoor wood planking on stairs and outside hallways were warped and had splinters. Room was relatively clean. The “city view” bedroom did not have a window so it was fairly dark. Kitchen was extremely small and crowded. Gas stove burner covers were covered in dirty foil. No dishwasher. Guests are instructed to wash dishes, so the next guests have to rely that their predecessor cleaned...

“The hotel had easy access to the beach and has a pool, there’s a bar right by the pool and coffee bar right in the lobby. It’s so convenient. They don’t have a lot of garage parking but there’s parking uncovered. The staff is great at the front desk, housekeeping, the shuttle service. I will say the food onsite for breakfast wasn’t bad, but the wait staff was not as friendly. The room was very clean. All in all it was such a great trip! They do have a resort charge $30/night, so just keep that...

“Great stay with perfect vicinity to everything you could want in Wilmington! The bar staff was fabulous and the complimentary cookies were like a warm hug. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider it again in the future!”

“The coffee service in the lobby area was pitiful. Staff did the best they could with what was available but paying near $6 for a medium size serving should get you better coffee and a better selection of creamers. You can easily do better.”
